18. Following confirmation of the sale by the Court, the Sheriff will issue a Deed to each purchaser according to the information entered herein. You may register more than once. If, for example, you are not sure whether you want to place a property in your name or the name of your corporation, you should obtain two bid numbers. In the event you are the successful bidder, the name of the Grantee on the Sheriff’s Deed will be based upon information you provide here.
