Dear Family & Friends of the Residents of Atchison Senior Village:
Beginning Monday, September 28th the staff at Atchison Senior Village will be coordinating visits with residents in the “COVID Cabana”. The visits will be in half hour increments and masks will be required. We will be using extreme caution with gloves, masks, hand sanitizer and disinfectants as well as temperature checks of each visitor.
Please plan for an extra 5-10 minutes on your first visit for a brief orientation of the visitation process. Multiple visitors may be allowed at a time, including children. Persons with children will be responsible for keeping them in the designated visitor’s area.
If you are interested in visiting a resident of Atchison Senior Village please sign up using this link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0d49adad2aa5ffcf8-covid. Please note the name of the resident you will be visiting in the “My Comment” section when completing the sign up.
If you have any symptoms related to the coronavirus, including fever, cough or shortness of breath, please do not enter or make an appointment until symptoms have subsided and you have been fever free for at least 72 hours.
Visits will be weather permitting. Visitors will check in at their designated time at the gate to the front yard area.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding visitations at the ‘COVID Cabana’, please contact Sandra Faudere, Mandy Hanson or John Rainbolt at Atchison Senior Village at 913-367-1905.
