ADVERTISEMENT TO BID
Sealed Proposals, for the Atchison Solid Waste – Transfer Building Facility Addition and New Scale House, will
be received at Atchison County Kansas Courthouse, 423 N. 5th Atchison, KS 66002 until 10:00 a.m (local time),
Tuesday, May 2, 2023. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at that time.
Contractors may obtain copies of the Drawings and Project Manual from the office of Creal Clark & Seifert
A/E, Inc., on Friday, April 7, 2023. Each Contractor will be responsible for the return of received Construction
documents, in good condition, within five (5) days following Notification of Award of Contract. Each unreturned
set will be invoiced to the Contractor at $100.00 per set. Drawings and Project Manual can also be obtained at
the ccsae.com website, with a valid username and password, at no charge. Call CCSAE for Log-In information at
816-364-2435.
This project is Tax Exempt, has Liquidated Damages, and requires a Performance, & Labor & Payment Bond.
There will be a (Non-Mandatory) Pre-Bid Meeting on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 - 9:00 AM at the Scale House –
8575 Neosho Rd. Atchison, KS 66002.
